Deskercise is exercise that can be done right at your desk, in the clothes you wear to work!  With simple stretches and movements, you can strengthen and loosen the muscles of neck, shoulders, arms, back, chest, wrists, hands, and legs. These exercises can also give you a mental boost, fight stress and boost productivity.
